01 Digital Subscription Service

Agreesan provides a digital streaming service through a one-time 30-day access pass. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, it is treated differently from physical goods.

02 Access Begins Immediately

Your access begins immediately after a successful payment. Once access has been granted and the content becomes available to you, the service is considered delivered.

03 Refund Requests Reviewed Case-by-Case

Refund requests are reviewed individually. We consider the circumstances of each request — such as duplicate charges, technical issues that prevented access, or billing errors — and respond fairly and reasonably. Approval of any refund is at our discretion and consistent with applicable law.

04 Fraudulent Transactions

Transactions flagged as fraudulent or unauthorized are eligible for investigation. If you believe a charge on your account was not made by you, contact us immediately so we can look into it and take appropriate action.
